The Asbury Park Chess Fest 2009 is on Saturday, September 26th in Asbury Park’s Convention Hall (5th Street and Ocean Avenue) from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. I will be among those giving a simul, as I was last year. This will be the 10th anniversary of this excellent event that does a lot to promote chess to young people. You can register online.
